Our room was close from reception just 5 minute walking. But wonderful location. Balcony with two bed seawiev. Amazing place like jungle. All confort and good price very good food sea food everywere. At the beach of hotel you can eat bbq fish and all came from the sea. Clean room . You can hear birds and animal from the room like in the jungle ,very very amazing place.

Staff behaviour and attitude. We had a problem with a door and they treated us surprisely very unpolite even though shouting out us.

The hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices. The attention to detail is evident, with stunning views over the ocean from the hillside location. The service provided by the staff is commendable, ensuring a comfortable stay. The basic amenities in the rooms on level 4 are adequate for a pleasant experience. The breakfast spread includes a variety of options including fresh juice.
No significant areas for improvement were observed during the stay.

The location of the hotel is good, only ten minutes away from Tonsai pier. It is in a quiet location so you feel you have your privacy. The bungalows were clean and of fair condition. There is a nice balcony and the beach is close by.
The only downside of this hotel is that some of the bungalows are quite far away from reception and the beach and requires a bit of hill walking. As lon as you are ok with this you will enjoy this resort, but for those who have slight mobility issues (or just don't like walking) it would be worth asking for a bungalow near the reception area, or just choose somewhere else.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on Ko Phi Phi. The value for money was superb, especially considering the stunning views over the ocean from the hillside location. The staff were attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room, including rooms on level 4, were more than enough to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, including fake juice.
My experience at this hotel was fantastic.

Perfect located on Phi Phi within walking distance of the village. Breakfast on the beach on a perfect location. We booked only one day in advance and they were expecting us on the pier. State your arrival time for the boat during the reservation.
Some bungalows are located about 10 minutes walking from the reception / restaurant. And some steep climbing is needed. However there is a pickup service available. Just call reception and ask for pickup. Wifi is not free. During our visit they were renovating the reception and a number of bungalows.

It was located away from the hustle and bustle of the Pier area. Very romantic. The food at the restaurant at the hotel was very good and surprisingly well priced.

The hotel offered a quiet location with stunning sea views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with lovely daily room decorations. The facilities were great, including a pool and massage hidden amidst lush greenery. Walking distance to the heart of the island. Would definitely return.

I found it a bit of an effort struggling up the hill to our room every day. If I stayed again, would definitely ask for a room closer to the beginning of the hill
